automates the certification process for minority and disadvantaged
business for a government agency that grants certification. CATS
provides a step-by- step approach to processing, analyzing, and reporting on
the qualification, validation and certification of minority firms according to
the guidelines set forth by the certifying agency.

CATS provides an intuitive facility for
data collection, data tracking, and ad-hoc reporting.
Its extensive search engines enable data retrieval based
on a variety of criterion. CATS contains
a number of standard reports and queries that can be dynamically
modified to customize reports and perform data mining
without the need for outside technical assistance.
The system produces a directory of all certified firms by SIC
and NAIC codes and geographical location.
